Store Manager
Born and raised in Key Largo, Shad’s entire life has revolved around boats and boating. From a young age he helped his father at Cross Key Marina, and that’s where his passion for the boating industry was instilled. He’s an avid fisherman at heart but definitely feels the need for speed!
On a daily basis, he uses his 25 years of experience to help people find the right boat for their lifestyle. Additionally, he is just as dedicated to mentoring the Iconic Sales Team. “We don’t just sell boats, we sell joy and memories that last a lifetime, the boat is just the vessel.” His work is his passion so he’s never off the clock, but he does enjoy a day on the water with friends and family. Beyond Store Manager, his favorite title is Papa. His grandson, Bodhi, is everything to him.
Suzanna McCoy
Sales Assistant
At 3 years old, she asked her mom, “Why did you name me after the boat?” The family’s boat was named, O’ Suzanna! Suzanna grew up on Kentucky Lake catching turtles on her paddle boat and riding jet skis until she got her first center console.
In June of 2024, Suzanna left a successful mortgage career to pursue her passion for boats. She is starting her career as Sales Assistant where her duties include managing inventory, facilitating closings, planning boat shows, accounts payable, and managing new listings. While new to the boating industry, Suzanna has found her calling and is already planning to advance her career in the boating industry . She is a graduate of Ole Miss and recently got her Yacht & Ship Brokers License. When she’s not working, you can find her on the water at the sandbar with her Golden Retriever or scuba diving. Stephen Smith
Service Advisor
Stephen is a vital part of the team. He manages the day-to-day service schedule and communicates each job and associated cost, even when changes arise. His goal is to get your boat repaired properly and back on the water as quickly as possible.
Stephen is a graduate of the Marine Mechanics Institute, fully certified in Mercury and Suzuki, Optimus 360 Certified, and a NMEA Certified Installer. Stephen comes from a boat building family who love to fish. He credits his family for instilling a love for hanging at the sandbar and fishing offshore.
Damon M.
Parts Manager
Damon started in the marine business in 2005 and has never looked back! His precise attention to detail makes him the perfect person to manage Iconic Marine’s Part Department. On a daily basis, he uses his vast resources to source parts and process orders for customers and the sales department. He is responsible for receiving and filling inbound orders, allocating inventory based on seasonal demand and processes all warranty claims. Damon is a Key Largo native who enjoys relaxing on the water with friends and family.
Anthony Vera

Anthony is a Florida native whose passion for boating was ignited at a young age in the sun-drenched waters of the Florida Keys. From fishing to surfing, Anthony's connection to the ocean ran deep. At just 15 years old, he acquired his first speed boat, sparking a love affair with boating that would shape his future. The thrill of speed and the exhilaration of pushing a boat to its limits brought him a sense of complete harmony on the water. This passion led Anthony to pursue a career with Iconic Marine Sales & Service, where he found the perfect fit. With a range of boats catering to every style of boating, Anthony saw the opportunity to help others turn their dreams on the water into reality.
